Through our Auditing and Advisory services, we positively engage with clients to identify, address and report on the salient environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks in their organisation and supply chains and adopt responsible business practices. Our work is guided by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and other international best practice standards.

We work with companies, communities, and governments to achieve our mission. We have expertise spanning many industries, including agribusiness, apparel, horticulture, manufacturing and fisheries.

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Responsible Business Coordinator to support the delivery of impactful responsible business advisory projects across Africa, the UK and Europe. Working closely with a collaborative and purpose-driven team, this part- time role will support project delivery, logistics, communications and coordination including with our consultant network. This is an excellent opportunity to gain cross-sector experience and contribute to responsible business practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support project delivery across advisory services in Africa, the UK, and Europe.

  • Act as the primary contact for first stage of onboarding associates, facilitating onboarding meetings and contract finalisation.

  • Oversee project administrative processes including invoice tracking, approval processes, impact data and project closure documentation such as client feedback surveys

  • Organise logistics for client interviews, online and in-person events, and project-related fieldwork.

  • Provide note-taking and follow-up support for key client meetings and interviews.

  • Conduct desk-based research and data collection to support consultants with project planning and delivery.

  • Support the Advisory team input to the Partner Africa ‘Welfare Committee’

Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and work independently.

  • Team player with a proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Experience coordinating logistics, meetings, or events in a multi-stakeholder environment.


Desirable


  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)

  • Familiarity with and/or interest in Business and Human Rights / UNGPs framework

  • Experience working in or with NGO’s, consultancy or sustainability sectors

  • Exposure to client-facing or training delivery roles
