About the Organisation
MAMAS Alliance forms part of Kinderfonds MAMAS, a respected Dutch NGO established 25 years ago at the personal request of Nelson Mandela. Kinderfonds MAMAS funds 34 grassroots organisations across South Africa, each committed to empowering vulnerable children, youth, and families to realise their full potential. These organisations provide support throughout every stage of a child's development — from birth to their first job. MAMAS Alliance acts as the central network, enabling these NGOs to share knowledge, launch collaborative initiatives, and importantly, raise additional funding from South African corporates.

About five years ago, Action Appointments began a trusted recruitment partnership with MAMAS Alliance, which has developed into an incredibly smooth and supportive working relationship.
