Find out what we do & who we are
What we do
Action Appointments provides a specialised, professional recruitment service to both clients and candidates. We operate in a wide range of local and international organisations and programmes. We regularly recruit for NGOs, community based organisations, donor agencies, government departments, consultancies and companies.
If you are setting up a new organisation, starting a new project or looking to fill an important vacancy at any level in the development sector, Action Appointments can help you find top quality staff.
We work on full-time, short term and contract placements from administrative to executive level and take on the entire recruitment process for clients. This includes advertising, response handling, headhunting, screening, short-listing, setting-up interviews and references, qualification and security checking. We can also augment recruitment processes already underway, supplying additional candidates to an existing pool to ensure that an effective recruitment process takes place.
Action Appointments, operating throughout South Africa and many other African countries for more than a quarter of a century, is the original South African recruitment agency focusing exclusively on placements in the NGO and development sector.
