This includes accommodating families with special needs such as the disabled, young adults with a regular income and single parent families.

About the Job

To oversee the management of the buildings including coordinating of tenant relationships, rental collection, leasing of units, liaison between tenant and service providers and maintenance items related to the rental unit.

1. Marketing 

2. Pre take on assessment 

3. Take on and record keeping

4. Accounts

5. Unit handover and induction 

6. Debt collection 

7. Tenant relationships  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 required

  • 2- 3 years Lease management and tenant liaison experience

  • 3 years administration experience necessary

  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience required

  • Effective Computer literacy is essential.

  • Effective Customer Service

GENERIC SKILLS:

  • Communication (Advanced) – (English, Afrikaans, reading, writing and speaking)

  • Additional language i.e. IsiXhosa will be an advantage

  • Facilitation (Advanced)

  • Conflict Management (Advanced)

• Relationship Management (Advanced)

• Teamwork
