Lisa Garson – Director
Inspired by her Human Resources experience in NGOs, Lisa founded Action Appointments 17 years ago with Ruth who now runs the Joburg satellite office. After many years in the business she is still passionate about recruiting for the development sector. ‘The most exciting part of my work is placing someone in a key role in an NGO or development agency and making a tangible difference to people’s lives. Running this agency is a privilege. I interact with very interesting people engaged in making the world a better place. I could not do this without my staff - who are as passionate as I am and who make Action Appointments such an enjoyable and rewarding place to work.’
